CAD (Computer Aided Design) drawings contain all the information we require to produce components for you. For simple straight line cutting, a CAD drawing is not necessary, however, for most routing jobs a CAD drawing is required.

Once the design has been drawn in a CAD software package, a DXF file (Document Exchange Format or Drawing Interchange Format) can be exported and sent via email to us. With this we can programme our machines to produce your components.

If you are unable to access the appropriate CAD package, we will take your design and produce a full DXF file that is suitable for most CNC machines. This cost effective service is all part of our commitment to provide a total production solution for all your woodworking needs.
